Hello! I’m Dr. Natalie Hogan, and I’ve spent over 20 years in the field of psychiatry, helping people navigate the often stormy waters of mental health. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how mental health conditions like depression and anxiety can affect individuals on a deep, emotional level. As a medical doctor, I was trained to treat these conditions primarily with medications and psychotherapy—both of which are absolutely essential tools in mental health care.

But over time, I started hearing the same question from my patients: “Doc, don’t you have a happy pill?” And that question kept me thinking. while medications can be helpful I began to realize I began to realize that they don’t offer the complete healing many of my patients were truly seeking. In fact, they didn’t always provide the deep, lasting relief that could help them fully reconnect with life.
