During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and exploring your unique needs. Together, we’ll develop an individualized plan tailored to your goals. We also recognize that needs and circumstances can evolve over time, so our plan will be flexible—allowing us to add, change, or revise your goals as needed.  We also review each other’s expectations as well as business polices.

A Chopra Life Coach begins with the belief that the answers lie within the individual. Each person inherently knows what is best for themselves. The role of the coach is not to provide solutions, but to hold space with presence, compassion, and deep listening—creating an environment where the client can access their inner wisdom and uncover the answers that already exist within.

A life coach helps clients identify goals, overcome obstacles, and create strategies for personal or professional growth. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, often addressing areas like career transitions, confidence building, decision-making, and life balance. Unlike therapists, life coaches do not treat mental health conditions and are not required to be licensed (though many pursue certifications and specialized training).

A therapist (also called a counselor, psychologist, or psychotherapist) is a licensed mental health professional trained to diagnose and treat emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma, managing mental health conditions (like anxiety or depression), improving relationships, and increasing overall emotional well-being. Therapists follow ethical guidelines and are typically required to hold advanced degrees and licensure.
